研究領(lǐng)域
(1) 高性能氧化物熱電材料
目前主要的熱電材料通常為合金材料,一般包含Pb等有毒元素且其不耐高溫、易氧化。這必然限制了熱電材料的發(fā)展。因此,研究耐高溫、抗氧化、廉價(jià)無(wú)毒的氧化物材料具有重要的理論意義和應(yīng)用研究。本人通過(guò)元素?fù)诫s和納米結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)控克服了氧化物電學(xué)性能差和熱導(dǎo)率高的缺點(diǎn)。
(2) 先進(jìn)鋰離子電池及超級(jí)電容器研究
鋰離子電池和超級(jí)電容器將在未來(lái)智能交通、便攜式設(shè)備等方面具有重要應(yīng)用。目前其存在的問(wèn)題主要有能量密度和功率密度較低。因此開發(fā)同時(shí)具有高能量密度和功率密度的材料是未來(lái)研究的熱點(diǎn)。本人主要開展新型電極材料的開發(fā)以及柔性器件的組裝。
