研究方向:半導(dǎo)體材料的制備與表征
個(gè)人簡介:
2009/9-2012/7,在吉林大學(xué)超硬材料國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室攻讀博士學(xué)位,分別以Mn3O4和限域于AFI孔道內(nèi)雙原子分子N2為模型研究納米尺寸效應(yīng)和納米限域效應(yīng)對高壓物性產(chǎn)生的影響。
2006/9-2009/7,在吉林大學(xué)超硬材料國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室攻讀碩士學(xué)位,主要研究ZnO納/微米材料的合成與表征,探索不同制備條件對ZnO材料的光電等物性的影響。
2002/9-2006/7,在吉林師范大學(xué)物理學(xué)院攻讀本科。
