一、主要學(xué)習(xí)和工作經(jīng)歷
1992年中國藥科大學(xué)藥物代謝動(dòng)力學(xué)專業(yè)碩士畢業(yè)后留校任教,歷任助教,講師和副教授,2001年獲藥動(dòng)學(xué)與生物藥劑學(xué)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位,2002年至2003年作為訪問學(xué)者于日本近畿大學(xué)生物藥劑學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室從事藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)領(lǐng)域的合作研究,2007年被評(píng)為教授,2008年晉升為博士生導(dǎo)師。
二、主要科研工作簡介
現(xiàn)任中國藥科大學(xué)中國藥科大學(xué)藥物代謝與動(dòng)力學(xué)研究中心教授,藥物代謝重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室生物大分子室負(fù)責(zé)人,江蘇省青藍(lán)工程優(yōu)秀青年骨干教師,國家SFDA和江蘇省新藥審評(píng)專家,科技部“863”計(jì)劃生物醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域?qū)徳u(píng)專家,教育部基金審評(píng)專家,《中國實(shí)用藥學(xué)》副主編并擔(dān)任《Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacology》、《Acta Pharmacologica Sinica》、《Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis》等國內(nèi)外藥學(xué)期刊審稿人。主持國家863項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),主持并完成國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),作為主要完成者參與了科技部重大專項(xiàng)和國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目等國家級(jí)項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng)。承擔(dān)并完成企業(yè)委托研究項(xiàng)目近百項(xiàng),其中國家一類新藥的非臨床藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)研究項(xiàng)目8項(xiàng),二類新藥的臨床藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)研究項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),近五年科研經(jīng)費(fèi)共四百多萬元。獲得國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),江蘇省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),獲得省教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng)和優(yōu)秀教材獎(jiǎng)各1項(xiàng)、獲國家發(fā)明專利1項(xiàng)。在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文100多篇,其中SCI收錄40余篇,主編《藥物代謝動(dòng)力學(xué)研究進(jìn)展》專著1部。已培養(yǎng)博士和碩士研究生40多名,他們中部分到國外或國內(nèi)大學(xué)繼續(xù)深造,其余已成為科研單位或企業(yè)的技術(shù)骨干。
三、研究領(lǐng)域
1、藥物代謝動(dòng)力學(xué)研究
研究方向包括創(chuàng)新藥物的吸收、分布、代謝、排泄及其機(jī)制研究,新藥的I期臨床藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)研究,藥物轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)體和代謝酶基因多態(tài)性對(duì)藥物動(dòng)力學(xué)影響,轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)體和酶介導(dǎo)的藥物相互作用研究等。其中對(duì)藥物轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)體的研究是本實(shí)驗(yàn)室的主要研究方向之一。
藥物轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)體(DrugTransporters)是具有轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)內(nèi)源性或外源性化合物透過細(xì)胞膜功能的一類特殊蛋白質(zhì),近年來國際藥學(xué)界對(duì)該領(lǐng)域的研究方興未艾。大量的研究成果表明,藥物轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)體在藥物吸收,分布和排泄過程中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。本實(shí)驗(yàn)室利用動(dòng)物在體、離體和細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)染等技術(shù)對(duì)藥物的體內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)機(jī)制進(jìn)行研究,力爭建成一個(gè)藥物研究的新平臺(tái)和藥動(dòng)學(xué)高級(jí)專門人才培養(yǎng)的基地。
2、生物大分子藥物的藥動(dòng)學(xué)與生物藥劑學(xué)研究
隨著生物醫(yī)學(xué)以及生物技術(shù)的發(fā)展,多肽與蛋白質(zhì)類藥物作為藥用生物活性大分子物質(zhì)正在成為一類很重要的治療藥物。已有越來越多的多肽和蛋白類藥物用于臨床治療。研究顯示,90%以上的這類藥物因口服易被破壞,目前只能采用注射給藥。為了避免頻繁注射給病人造成的痛苦,其非注射途徑給藥已成為國際藥學(xué)界的研究熱點(diǎn)之一。本課題組在江蘇省“新藥創(chuàng)制基金”和國家“863”項(xiàng)目的支持下,對(duì)包括肺吸入粉霧劑和結(jié)腸定位給藥在內(nèi)的多種給藥途徑進(jìn)行了研究,創(chuàng)建了藥劑學(xué)、藥動(dòng)學(xué)、藥效學(xué)和毒理學(xué)研究的相關(guān)技術(shù)平臺(tái)。
