余伯陽,男,1959年3月生,教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。現(xiàn)任中國(guó)藥科大學(xué)研究生院常務(wù)副院長(zhǎng);江蘇省中西醫(yī)結(jié)合一級(jí)學(xué)科重點(diǎn)學(xué)科學(xué)科帶頭人,江蘇省中藥評(píng)價(jià)與轉(zhuǎn)化重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任。全國(guó)首批新世紀(jì)“百千萬人才工程”國(guó)家級(jí)人選,享受國(guó)務(wù)院頒發(fā)的政府特殊津貼的專家,江蘇省跨世紀(jì)學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人,江蘇省有突出貢獻(xiàn)的中青年專家,江蘇省"333人才工程"(第二層次)人選,霍英東教育基金會(huì)第五屆高等院校青年教師獎(jiǎng)(研究類)獲得者,教育部高校優(yōu)秀骨干教師。兼任國(guó)家藥典委員會(huì)委員,國(guó)務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會(huì)學(xué)科評(píng)議組成員,全國(guó)藥學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)秘書長(zhǎng),國(guó)家新藥審評(píng)專家,國(guó)家藥品價(jià)格評(píng)審專家,江蘇省政協(xié)常委等職務(wù)。
1989年畢業(yè)于中國(guó)藥科大學(xué)生藥學(xué)專業(yè)獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位,導(dǎo)師為徐國(guó)均院士。1988年在日本昭和大學(xué)藥學(xué)部任客座研究員,1995年在美國(guó)伊利諾大學(xué)芝加哥分校藥學(xué)院從事博士后研究工作,1996年至1997年在美國(guó)依阿華大學(xué)藥學(xué)院任訪問教授。
研究方向與研究興趣:
1、中藥及復(fù)方藥效物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)及作用機(jī)理研究(中西醫(yī)結(jié)合基礎(chǔ)(藥學(xué))):利用化學(xué)與生物學(xué)相結(jié)合的方式,探索構(gòu)建物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)與作用機(jī)制綜合分析研究體系用于中藥復(fù)方的評(píng)價(jià)研究。建立了整合指紋圖譜等分析技術(shù),開展多組分協(xié)同作用、毒效相關(guān)分析、體內(nèi)外效應(yīng)物質(zhì)相關(guān)分析等研究;經(jīng)典復(fù)方的組方原理與組方優(yōu)化研究;源于療效確切的著名中成藥的組方優(yōu)化與二次開發(fā)研究
主要研究成果:
先后承擔(dān)國(guó)家863重大新藥創(chuàng)制項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重大專項(xiàng)、國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃等研究項(xiàng)目30多項(xiàng);研究成果曾獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步一等、二等、三等獎(jiǎng)各1項(xiàng),教育部高等學(xué)?茖W(xué)研究?jī)?yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)(自然科學(xué)類)1項(xiàng),省部級(jí)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)、二等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)。近年來,申請(qǐng)發(fā)明專利30多項(xiàng),其中授權(quán)10多項(xiàng),發(fā)表論文200多篇,其中SCI收錄100多篇。
