曹征宇,男,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。1999年畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)和中國藥科大學(xué)聯(lián)辦生物工程制藥強化班,2004年畢業(yè)于中國協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學(xué),中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院藥物研究所,獲博士學(xué)位。2004起先后在美國University of Georgia, Creighton University, University of California, Davis 任博士后,助理教授和項目科學(xué)家。2013年底回國工作,現(xiàn)任中國藥科大學(xué)中藥學(xué)院教授。主要研究方向為神經(jīng)藥理和神經(jīng)毒理。先后參與多項NIH資助項目,目前主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目(81473539)、江蘇省面上項目(BK20141357)、及天然藥物活性組分與藥效國家重點實驗室杰出青年人才基金項目(SKLNMZZJQ201402)各一項,并作為Co-Investigator承擔(dān)NIH/NINDS關(guān)于抗癲癇藥物研究項目(課題總資助$1,700萬,1U54 NS079202),已在國際著名雜志發(fā)表30余篇研究論文。曹征宇博士目前擔(dān)任Genetic Disorders & Gene Therapy,International Journal of Stem Cell Research and Transplantation,Austin Journal of Allergy的編委,并常年審理來自JPET, Toxicological Sciences, NeuroToxicology等雜志的稿件。
本科題組研究方向集中于:1,建立體外多靶點神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)活性物質(zhì),以及心血管系統(tǒng)活性物質(zhì)快速發(fā)現(xiàn)平臺;建立離子通道配體快速篩選方法;2,從天然產(chǎn)物中尋找用于治療神經(jīng)性疼痛,癲癇以及抗心律失常等疾病的先導(dǎo)化合物;3,天然藥物作用靶點以及作用機制的研究,并研究中藥單方或復(fù)方中各主要成份藥理活性的協(xié)同,疊加或者拮抗作用;4,神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)重大疾病的病理學(xué)基礎(chǔ)以及治療方案的研究:主要集中于小兒孤僻癥的發(fā)病機制以及外界因素對發(fā)病率的影響。
