陳君,女,博士,副教授,博士研究生導(dǎo)師。2000年7畢業(yè)于中國(guó)藥科大學(xué)中藥制藥專業(yè),獲學(xué)士學(xué)位;2006年7月畢業(yè)于中國(guó)藥科大學(xué)生藥學(xué)專業(yè),獲博士學(xué)位,并留校任教,F(xiàn)為生藥學(xué)藥用植物學(xué)教研室主任。
主要從事中藥活性成分發(fā)現(xiàn)與質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)研究,主要通過(guò)建立基于親和色譜、液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)、生物技術(shù)的新方法、新技術(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)與評(píng)價(jià)中藥復(fù)雜體系中活性成分(群),進(jìn)而闡明中藥藥效物質(zhì)、開(kāi)展中藥質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及新藥開(kāi)發(fā)研究。
主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)(面上項(xiàng)目:基于丹參酮小分子探針研究其抗血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞氧化應(yīng)激損傷的分子靶標(biāo)及調(diào)控機(jī)制81573705;面上項(xiàng)目:多靶垂釣/成分在線捕獲方法的建立及在抗老年癡呆中藥藥效物質(zhì)群研究中的應(yīng)用81073006;青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目:高效液相偶聯(lián)自由基捕獲檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)用于中藥抗氧化效應(yīng)評(píng)價(jià)及其物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)研究30801521),入選教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”;完成了2010年版《中國(guó)藥典》山銀花、萹蓄等品種的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)起草;作為研究骨干參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金創(chuàng)新群體項(xiàng)目、重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目和國(guó)家重大科技專項(xiàng)“重大新藥創(chuàng)制”等課題的研究工作,為教育部創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)、江蘇省創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的主要成員。近五年來(lái),在Journal of Chromatography A、Analytical Bioanalytical Chemistry、Journal of Functional Foods等國(guó)際雜志發(fā)表SCI收錄論文34篇,獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利7項(xiàng)。獲2013年度教育部自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)(排名第四),2009年度國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)(排名第九),2007年度教育部自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)(排名第九)。指導(dǎo)本科生完成的作品獲第十二屆“挑戰(zhàn)杯”全國(guó)大學(xué)生課外學(xué)術(shù)科技作品競(jìng)賽江蘇省三等獎(jiǎng),指導(dǎo)本科生開(kāi)展的國(guó)家大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新性實(shí)驗(yàn)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目入圍第四屆全國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新年會(huì)學(xué)術(shù)論文大賽(2011年)。
