肖翔,男,湖南師范大學(xué)商學(xué)院講師,管理學(xué)博士,企業(yè)管理專業(yè)碩士生導(dǎo)師,2014-2015年澳大利亞科廷大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與統(tǒng)計(jì)系國家公派訪問學(xué)者。
致力于企業(yè)管理的研究與教學(xué)工作。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)锽ig Data in HR,Employer Brand,E-Commerce。發(fā)表SSCI、SCI、EI、CSCD、CSSCI、人大復(fù)印等收錄的多篇論文,2010年出版學(xué)術(shù)專著《人力資源管理的信號(hào)傳遞與互補(bǔ)匹配效能研究》。主講《人員選拔》、《Marketing Research》和《E-commerce》本科及雙語課程,為研究生講授《人力資源管理》和《管理研究方法》學(xué)位課程。
2012年,獲湖南省第十一屆哲學(xué)社科科學(xué)優(yōu)秀成果三等獎(jiǎng)(排名四)。指導(dǎo)學(xué)生獲2010年第七屆全國大學(xué)生“挑戰(zhàn)杯”競(jìng)賽三等獎(jiǎng),獲2009年第十一屆"挑戰(zhàn)杯"大學(xué)生課外學(xué)術(shù)科技作品競(jìng)賽上海世博會(huì)專項(xiàng)競(jìng)賽二等獎(jiǎng)。
