湖南師范大學生命科學學院生物化學與分子生物學研究生導師陳平介紹如下:
陳平,二級教授,生物化學博士。 1962年11月生, 1983年畢業(yè)于湖南大學化學化工學院分析化學專業(yè),1988年獲湖南師范大學生命科學學院生物化學與分子生物學碩士學位, 2005 年獲生物化學與分子生物學博士學位。 2001 年曾作為訪問學者在美國佛羅里達大學分子細胞生物化學系作訪問研究。近年來主要從事蛋白質化學與蛋白質組學的研究。主持了國家 973 項目子課題“膜蛋白以及膜蛋白復合體的分離鑒定新方法新技術”、國家 973 前期項目“與血管生成啟動相關的質膜蛋白質組研究”、國家自然科學基金項目“肝臟再生過程中血竇內皮細胞功能蛋白質分析”、“肝再生過程中質膜微區(qū)蛋白質及復合物動態(tài)變化研究”、“肝再生過程中肝血竇內皮細胞動態(tài)調控的信號途徑及機制研究”、“多肽探針研究Nav1.7調節(jié)前列腺癌PC3細胞轉移的分子機制 ” ,以及湖南省科技廳重點項目“細胞膜蛋白質組研究方法發(fā)展及其在神經系統(tǒng)細胞質膜蛋白質組研究中的應用”的研究;并作為主要骨干研究人員參與并完成了國家科技攻關計劃“人類健康肝臟蛋白質組表達譜以及國家 973 項目“重要疾病的蛋白質組學研究”等研究工作;曾獲 2007 年及 2003 年湖南省科技廳科技進步獎一等獎和 1999 年國家教育部科技進步獎三等獎以及 1 項國家專利(專利號 為: ZL 2004 1 0023089 X )。在“ Journal of Neurochemistry ”、“ Journal of Proteome Research ” 等雜志上已發(fā)表相關論文8 0 余篇,參編著作三部。
