1968年8月生于陜西勉縣,研究員。
研究方向:
節(jié)水灌溉理論與技術(shù);農(nóng)業(yè)水土環(huán)境;干旱區(qū)生態(tài)水文學(xué)。
學(xué)歷教育:
西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)農(nóng)業(yè)水土工程博士(2001-2007)、中國科學(xué)院新疆生態(tài)與地理研究所土壤學(xué)碩士(1998-2001)、西北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)水資源規(guī)劃與利用(1989-1993)。
工作經(jīng)歷:
1997-至今:中國科學(xué)院新疆生態(tài)與地理研究所;1993-1997:新疆渭干河流域管理處。
