四、研究領(lǐng)域:
低維材料與納米結(jié)構(gòu)的器件化集成及應(yīng)用;
硅基微納器件與系統(tǒng);
基于C-MEMS的三維微納結(jié)構(gòu)的微加工工藝、器件化集成及應(yīng)用。
在微納器件及系統(tǒng)的微加工工藝、設(shè)計優(yōu)化及應(yīng)用,微納結(jié)構(gòu)的可控合成、器件化集成和輸運行為等方面,進行了重點探索,取得了一些有意義的研究成果和進展。近年來已發(fā)表SCI收錄學(xué)術(shù)論文40余篇(其中ESI前1%高被引論文4篇,前0.1%熱點論文2篇),EI收錄學(xué)術(shù)論文2篇,論文被引用2000余次,h指數(shù)為20,已獲國家發(fā)明專利授權(quán)9項。
