西南大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院研究生導(dǎo)師許一豐介紹如下:
許一豐(1980.6-),男,漢族,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。2015年9月引進(jìn)我校工作,2015年入選國(guó)家級(jí)人才項(xiàng)目,主持及參與多項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目。主要從事植物發(fā)育、表觀遺傳與植物逆境脅迫適應(yīng)等相關(guān)研究。目前已發(fā)表SCI論文10余篇,其中以第一作者或共同通訊作者身份發(fā)表在《Cell》、《Genes & Development》、《Plant J》、《Molecular Plant》、《Planta》、《J Plant Physiol》、《Plant Physiol Biochem》等國(guó)際著名學(xué)術(shù)刊物。

研究工作:
增強(qiáng)植物抗逆性對(duì)提高農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)量有著重要意義。實(shí)驗(yàn)室通過(guò)遺傳篩選策略,旨在發(fā)掘植物中與響應(yīng)脅迫有關(guān)的調(diào)控因子,并通過(guò)對(duì)其功能的研究來(lái)闡明這些調(diào)控因子在脅迫過(guò)程中所發(fā)揮的作用,以完善植物響應(yīng)脅迫的分子機(jī)制。
主要研究方向:
1. 植物分子遺傳研究;
2. 植物發(fā)育及抗逆機(jī)理研究;
3. 木本植物分子育種研究。
