楊　軍，教　授

對外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)國際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易學(xué)院貿(mào)易系教授，對外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)（UIBE）與澳大利亞政策研究中心（CoPS）聯(lián)合—經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易政策研究中心（CETPA）中方主任。先后在國際食品研究所、斯坦福大學(xué)、美國普渡大學(xué)、荷蘭自由大學(xué)、荷蘭農(nóng)業(yè)研究局、丹麥哥本哈根大學(xué)、澳大利亞維多利亞大學(xué)（UV）政策研究中心（COPS）等學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)習(xí)和訪問。主要研究領(lǐng)域涉及國際貿(mào)易、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、一般均衡模型理論與應(yīng)用。目前，致力于開發(fā)和應(yīng)用全球-國家-區(qū)域三個(gè)層面的一般均衡模型系統(tǒng)。截止目前，在國內(nèi)外發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文121篇，其中英文論文47篇，被SCI/SSCI收錄論文22篇。向農(nóng)業(yè)部和國辦提交政策咨詢報(bào)告40余份，其中10份得到國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人批示。主持國家自然基金、973項(xiàng)目專題、中國科學(xué)院重大專項(xiàng)等50多項(xiàng)國內(nèi)外科研項(xiàng)目。在2010年被模型優(yōu)化軟件GEMPACK團(tuán)隊(duì)評選為“全球杰出使用者”；在2011年和2016年分別被農(nóng)業(yè)部聘請為第一屆和第二屆農(nóng)業(yè)部農(nóng)產(chǎn)品預(yù)警專家委員會(huì)成員；在2011年被世界糧農(nóng)組織（FAO）聘請為“中國農(nóng)業(yè)政策和決策模型”國家顧問。
