王啟要,博士,生物反應(yīng)器工程國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,F(xiàn)任華東理工大學(xué)生物工程學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)。青島海洋科學(xué)與技術(shù)國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室兼職研究員。入選上海市科技啟明星人才計(jì)劃、上海市浦江人才計(jì)劃、國(guó)家現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系病害防控崗位科學(xué)家和功能室主任,第二屆農(nóng)業(yè)部水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖病害防治專家委員會(huì)委員。2013.12-2014.12,美國(guó)哈佛醫(yī)學(xué)院/霍華德·休斯醫(yī)學(xué)研究院Matthew K. Waldor教授實(shí)驗(yàn)室訪問學(xué)者。國(guó)家“外專****”特聘專家Matthew K. Waldor教授在華東理工大學(xué)的主要合作者。Microbiological Research雜志Associate Editor。目前在PNAS, PLoS Pathogens, mBio, Environ Microbiol, Virulence, Infect Immun, Appl Environ Microbiol, J Bacteriol, Vet Microbiol和Fish Shellfish Immunol等雜志發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文80余篇,授權(quán)專利17項(xiàng);獲得國(guó)家I類新獸藥證書(2件),轉(zhuǎn)基因生物安全證書(2件),新獸藥臨床批件(3件)。曾獲2018年上海市教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng)(排名第4)、2004年南昌市科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)(排名第2)等。
主要研究方向:人類和動(dòng)物病原性細(xì)菌致病機(jī)理
針對(duì)病原菌的典型流行菌株:1)開發(fā)生化分離純化、轉(zhuǎn)座子隨機(jī)突變體文庫(kù)、突變體確定文庫(kù)、組學(xué)(基因組學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)和RNA組學(xué))以及二代測(cè)序技術(shù)等新穎策略或技術(shù)鑒定其毒力因子;2)采用信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)研究方法研究其感受胞內(nèi)外以及宿主各種信號(hào)/脅迫的生物化學(xué)機(jī)制,進(jìn)一步研究其信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)并控制毒力表達(dá)的各種調(diào)控機(jī)制;3)描繪病原菌在致病過程以及環(huán)境適應(yīng)過程中不同的毒力調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò);4)為防治藥物和新型疫苗的設(shè)計(jì)和組裝提供靶標(biāo)和相關(guān)分子器件,進(jìn)行疫苗應(yīng)用開發(fā)。目前主要研究興趣是遲緩愛德華氏菌和溶藻弧菌中群體感應(yīng)系統(tǒng)(Quorum sensing)、三型分泌系統(tǒng)(TTSS)和六型分泌系統(tǒng)(T6SS)及其調(diào)控機(jī)制研究。合作單位包括美國(guó)哈佛醫(yī)學(xué)院、賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)、康涅狄格大學(xué)、威斯康辛大學(xué)、瑞典Umeå University、英國(guó)諾丁漢大學(xué)、韓國(guó)首爾國(guó)立大學(xué)和西班牙巴塞羅那自由大學(xué)等相關(guān)課題組。
