科研方向
激光光譜學(xué)與技術(shù)、光與低維半導(dǎo)體納米結(jié)構(gòu)相互作用、時(shí)間分辨發(fā)光動(dòng)力學(xué)等方向,包括微納激光器、激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿等離子體光譜、新型光電器件與系統(tǒng)等研究,已在新型納米基片探測(cè)器及可調(diào)激光,亞波長(zhǎng)尺度激光器以及新型多功能光電器件、增強(qiáng)激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜技術(shù)等方面取得了多項(xiàng)研究成果。精通各種光譜測(cè)試系統(tǒng)集成,開(kāi)發(fā)了基于激光技術(shù)的全元素快速檢測(cè)分析儀,已應(yīng)用于華電國(guó)際所屬電廠。先后主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上、青年項(xiàng)目,科技部重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃子任務(wù)、北京市創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目等。相應(yīng)的結(jié)果先后在Nanolett.,Adv. Func. Mater.,ACSnano,Optical Express,APL等雜志上發(fā)表文章80余篇,總引用次數(shù)超過(guò)2000次,授權(quán)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利5篇,H-因子 26。
