1989.1~1995.12:武漢工業(yè)大學(xué)開發(fā)部水泥所從事科研開發(fā)工作。
1996.1~至今 :武漢理工大學(xué)硅酸鹽建筑材料國家重點實驗室從事科研開發(fā)工作。
2001.10:晉升為研究員。
2002.06:任博士生導(dǎo)師。
