五、研究領(lǐng)域
長期從事均質(zhì)與非均質(zhì)電介質(zhì)材料的研究,研究體系涉及到層狀材料、二維無機材料和介電復(fù)合材料。在國際上較早地開展了對二維無機材料電介質(zhì)特性的研究,主要包括二維無機材料基多層和異質(zhì)薄膜的合成與表征,二維無機材料的高介電響應(yīng)與調(diào)控,復(fù)合異質(zhì)薄膜的界面耦合效應(yīng)。迄今為止,已在國際主流學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表論文40余篇,其中包括Science, J. Am. Chem. Soc., Phys. Rev. Lett., Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater.和ACS Nano等。
1、二維無機材料的合成及其智能特性;
2、二維材料基復(fù)合材料的制備及其智能特性;
3、柔性智能材料與器件。
