科研領(lǐng)域描述:
1)海洋生物技術(shù)
是指運用海洋生物學與工程學的原理和方法,利用海洋生物或生物代謝過程生產(chǎn)有用的生物制品。該研究方向主要進行海洋生物材料(如多糖、蛋白質(zhì)(酶)、脂質(zhì))的分離、純化、改性、鑒定及相關(guān)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究,已成功地分離純化了多種新型的海洋多糖、海洋生物酶等。
2)微/納米生物材料
是指用于對生物體進行診斷、治療、修復或替換其病損組織、器官或增進其功能的具有微納米結(jié)構(gòu)或微納米尺度的新型生物材料,已成功地制備了殼聚糖、海藻酸、透明質(zhì)酸、海蜇膠原、氧化石墨烯等多種微/納米材料。
以上研究成果在醫(yī)藥、食品和化妝品等領(lǐng)域顯示出良好的應(yīng)用前景,其中海洋生物化妝品已實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化并成功推向了市場。
研究興趣:
1、微/納米醫(yī)用生物材料(藥物緩釋載體);
2、可食性微/納米材料(營養(yǎng)物運送系統(tǒng));
3、微/納米生物技術(shù)在化妝品方面的應(yīng)用(活性物質(zhì)載體);
4、微生物胞外產(chǎn)物的分離、鑒定及應(yīng)用
