多年來一直從事有機(jī)化學(xué)、藥物化學(xué)、化學(xué)生物學(xué)的科研與教學(xué)工作。主要研究方向?yàn)榛�于作用機(jī)制的雜環(huán)類化合物的設(shè)計(jì)、合成、合成方法及生物活性研究。已主持完成國家自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng)，作為主要參加者完成國家自然科學(xué)基金3項(xiàng)以及“973”子課題等。目前主持或承擔(dān)國家“十一五”“北京大學(xué)綜合性創(chuàng)新藥物研究開發(fā)技術(shù)大平臺”的候選藥物研究品種及新藥臨床前研究課題。在國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表論文40余篇，申請專利6項(xiàng)。
