2001年獲華東理工大學(xué)應(yīng)用化學(xué)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位。于2001年5月赴德國留學(xué)深造,在烏爾姆大學(xué)Bernhard Rieger教授課題組進(jìn)行博士后研究。2002年6月至2003年9月獲德國洪堡基金會(huì)資助在德國美茵茲大學(xué)化學(xué)系Jun Okuda教授課題組做客座研究,后繼續(xù)于德國亞琛工業(yè)大學(xué)無機(jī)化學(xué)研究所Jun Okuda教授研究組從事博士后研究工作。2005年6月回國,被聘為華東理工大學(xué)教授。迄今已在國內(nèi)外核心學(xué)術(shù)期刊及國際會(huì)議上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文60余篇,被SCI收錄引用564次,他引近500余次,單篇最高被引110余次。所參與科研項(xiàng)目“新型高效、高選擇性茂鈦?zhàn)褰饘俅呋瘎┑姆肿釉O(shè)計(jì)、合成及催化行為研究”獲2004年上海市科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)(第四完成人)。2006年獲上海市科技啟明星計(jì)劃、教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃支持。完成及承擔(dān)多項(xiàng)國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目及省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目。現(xiàn)招收有機(jī)化學(xué)專業(yè)的碩士、博士研究生,以及工業(yè)催化專業(yè)的博士研究生。
目前承擔(dān)科研項(xiàng)目:
1)國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目:分子內(nèi)陰陽離子型鈣、鎂、鋅絡(luò)合物催化丙交酯立體選擇性聚合研究(2011.1.1~2012.12.30,總經(jīng)費(fèi)37萬)
2)國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目:橋聯(lián)茚-芴鈦?zhàn)褰j(luò)合物催化丙烯高選擇性二聚研究(2013.1.1~2016.12.31,總經(jīng)費(fèi)78萬)
主要研究方向
1)新型過渡金屬絡(luò)合物的設(shè)計(jì)合成及應(yīng)用于催化制備結(jié)構(gòu)可控高性能聚烯烴。
設(shè)計(jì)及合成各種結(jié)構(gòu)類型的過渡金屬有機(jī)化合物作為烯烴聚合催化劑。通過分子水平的催化劑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)來實(shí)現(xiàn)烯烴聚合、齊聚過程,聚烯烴結(jié)構(gòu)的可控、可調(diào)(分子量,分子量分布,共聚單體分布,支化度,聚合物鏈立體規(guī)整性等),以獲得各種新型結(jié)構(gòu)可控高性能聚烯烴材料。
2)新型主族及過渡金屬絡(luò)合物的設(shè)計(jì)合成及催化制備綠色環(huán)境友好聚合物材料的應(yīng)用。
設(shè)計(jì)合成新型結(jié)構(gòu)金屬催化劑如稀土、鋁、鈣、鎂等金屬的絡(luò)合物用于催化內(nèi)酯等開環(huán)聚合。通過分子水平的催化劑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)控來實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)聚合物立體規(guī)整性、鏈結(jié)構(gòu)的有序控制,獲得新型結(jié)構(gòu)可控環(huán)境友好聚酯材料。
