周四元,男, 2000年獲得第四軍醫(yī)大學(xué)藥理學(xué)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位, 2007-2009在美國康涅狄格州大學(xué)從事新藥篩選研究,F(xiàn)任第四軍醫(yī)大學(xué)藥劑學(xué)教研室主任,教授,藥劑學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生導(dǎo)師,陜西省藥理學(xué)會常務(wù)理事,副秘書長,國家藥品價格評審專家。長期從事靶向遞藥系統(tǒng)與藥物代謝動力學(xué)研究,發(fā)表論文90余篇,其中SCI收錄論文18篇,獲得國家發(fā)明專利3項。2007年獲陜西省科技進步一等獎1項(第三)。在靶向遞藥系統(tǒng)研究方面,2005年獲國家科技部藥物制劑關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究專項經(jīng)費支持,針對抗腫瘤化療藥物在臨床應(yīng)用過程中存在的問題,建立了大分子靶向藥物研究技術(shù)平臺,制備腫瘤靶向遞藥系統(tǒng),通過藥效學(xué)及藥代動力學(xué)評價,可望篩選出腫瘤靶向性好、療效確切的遞藥系統(tǒng)。藥物代謝動力學(xué)研究2003年獲得國家科技部創(chuàng)新藥物臨床前藥物代謝動力學(xué)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)平臺建設(shè)專項經(jīng)費支持,建立了肝微粒體、Caco-2細胞、HepG2細胞、原位小腸、肝臟灌流等藥物吸收代謝研究模型,以及生物介質(zhì)中氨氯地平、白藜蘆醇苷等近30種藥物/代謝產(chǎn)物的HPLC以及LC/MS/MS檢測方法。藥物代謝動力學(xué)研究主要開展以下三個方面工作:(1)藥物吸收代謝篩選,(2)天然藥物代謝轉(zhuǎn)運機制研究,(3)新藥臨床前藥代動力學(xué)研究。
