研究方向
(1)受體激酶介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)。受體激酶(RLKs)分布在細(xì)胞表面,從胞外環(huán)境獲取信號(hào)并傳遞到細(xì)胞內(nèi)啟動(dòng)下游的基因表達(dá)和調(diào)控,從而讓植物體對(duì)各種信號(hào)作出正確的反應(yīng)。在擬南芥中有600個(gè)以上的受體激酶,到目前為止只對(duì)其中很少一部分基因的功能有所了解。我們克隆了其中絕大部分受體激酶的全長(zhǎng)cDNA,并轉(zhuǎn)化野生型擬南芥進(jìn)行了超表達(dá),目前正致力于解析這些受體激酶的生物學(xué)功能。
(2)植物生殖生物學(xué)。被子植物雙受精是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的過(guò)程,一個(gè)精細(xì)胞與卵細(xì)胞融合形成合子,發(fā)育成胚胎,是下一代植物的雛形;另一個(gè)精細(xì)胞與中央細(xì)胞融合形成胚乳,為胚胎發(fā)育提供營(yíng)養(yǎng)。雙受精的成敗關(guān)系到植物種群的延續(xù),同時(shí)也關(guān)系到絕大部分農(nóng)作物的產(chǎn)量與質(zhì)量。實(shí)驗(yàn)室目前的工作主要是利用模式植物擬南芥研究雌雄生殖器官以及性細(xì)胞發(fā)育調(diào)控的分子機(jī)理,以及早期胚胎發(fā)育調(diào)控的信號(hào)途徑。
