研究方向
菌根(mycorrhiza)真菌是一類(lèi)非常重要的土壤微生物,能與絕大部分陸生植物形成互惠共生體,對(duì)植物營(yíng)養(yǎng)吸收、植物抗逆、植物群落、土壤結(jié)構(gòu)以及碳氮磷的地球化學(xué)循環(huán)等具有非常重要的調(diào)控作用。本人目前主要在青藏高原及黃土高原地區(qū)開(kāi)展叢枝菌根真菌種質(zhì)資源及群落生態(tài)學(xué)研究,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注菌根真菌的群落裝配機(jī)制以及人類(lèi)活動(dòng)及資源有效性對(duì)菌根共生體的調(diào)控機(jī)制。
