 一、課題組介紹

秘曉林，博士，教授，博士研究生導(dǎo)師。入選中國科學(xué)院“引進國外杰出人才--百人計劃”、遼寧省“攀登學(xué)者”。國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家重大科學(xué)研究計劃、博士后科學(xué)基金、美國國家科學(xué)基金研究生項目等評議人，sci雜志international journal of
nanomedicine顧問編委，current proteomics、plos one編委，中國生化藥物雜志編委，中國環(huán)境誘變劑學(xué)會理事，遼寧省醫(yī)學(xué)會醫(yī)學(xué)遺傳學(xué)分會副主任委員，biomaterials、genetics、international journal of nanomedicine等sci雜志審稿人。主持國家重點基礎(chǔ)研
究計劃“973”課題、國家自然科學(xué)基金項目、中國科學(xué)院創(chuàng)新項目等。

1990年畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)生物化學(xué)專業(yè)，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位；1996年畢業(yè)于衛(wèi)生部蘭州生物制品研究所免疫學(xué)和微生物學(xué)專業(yè)，獲碩士學(xué)位；1999年畢業(yè)于中國預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院病原生物學(xué)專業(yè)，獲博士學(xué)位。同年赴美國，在國立衛(wèi)生研究院（national institutes of health）國
家癌癥研究所（national cancer institute）從事博士后研究，隨后任職美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院國家癌癥研究所研究學(xué)者。作為通訊作者，研究成果發(fā)表在proceedings of national academy of sciences usa、plos genetics、oncogene、biomaterials、human
molecular genetics等國際知名學(xué)術(shù)期刊。

研究方向

1.非編碼RNA應(yīng)答DNA損傷，調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞周期、凋亡、轉(zhuǎn)錄的功能和機制；

2.腸道干細(xì)胞再生與分化的表觀遺傳調(diào)控。
