沈偉，博士，教授。1975年生，山東滕州市人。教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才，山東省自然科學(xué)杰出青年基金獲得者，動物生殖與種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新山東省高校重點實驗室負責人和首席專家，山東省“動物遺傳育種與繁殖”重點學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人，山東省優(yōu)秀研究生導(dǎo)師、青島市優(yōu)秀教師，生殖生物學(xué)會理事，動物遺傳標記學(xué)會理事，美國生殖生物學(xué)學(xué)會正式會員。Gene、PlosONE、Stem Cell Epigenetics等刊物編委，Development等30余種國際雜志審稿人。研究方向為生殖細胞發(fā)生與生殖干細胞，主要圍繞與動物繁殖潛能開發(fā)、人類生殖健康等相關(guān)問題，進行生殖干細胞和原始生殖細胞(PGC)的增殖與分化、卵母細胞發(fā)生的細胞互作與分子調(diào)節(jié)機制、動物生物技術(shù)育種等方面的研究。

2004年7月獲得了西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)與軍事醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士學(xué)位，2006年6月北京大學(xué)細胞生物學(xué)博士后出站，2007年7月破格晉升為教授，2007年8月至2008年8月中國科技大學(xué)客座研究，2009年9月至2010年8月加拿大Guelph大學(xué)博士后。

近5年來，先后主持了國家重大科學(xué)研究計劃(973)“卵泡發(fā)育的分子調(diào)控”等項目的子課題4項，國家自然科學(xué)基金“胚胎干細胞體外分化的卵母細胞減數(shù)分裂的分子調(diào)控”等4項，國家轉(zhuǎn)基因生物新品種培育重點項目“優(yōu)質(zhì)高產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)基因肉羊新品系培育”2項，山東省自然科學(xué)杰出青年基金“動物卵母細胞發(fā)生的分子調(diào)控”1項，參加國家973項目、863重點項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金等課題10余項。

帶領(lǐng)的研究組建立了從減數(shù)分裂前的雌性生殖細胞向卵母細胞體外發(fā)生、發(fā)育的培養(yǎng)體系，使卵原細胞在體外順利完成了減數(shù)分裂的啟動，并成熟、受精后獲得發(fā)育的囊胚;利用該體系系統(tǒng)研究了卵母細胞發(fā)生的分子調(diào)節(jié)機制，以及印跡基因DNA甲基化建立和擦除的影響機制。建立了原始卵泡體外形成與發(fā)育的模型，并獲得了體外受精的囊胚;利用該模型，系統(tǒng)研究了卵泡形成與募集過程中PI3K/Akt信號通路的調(diào)節(jié)機制。近5年來，沈偉教授研究組在《Endocrinology》、《Cell Cycle》、《Stem Cell Dev》、《Histochem Cell Biol》、《Biol Reprod》、《Mol Hum Reprod》、《Reproduction》、《Biochem Biophys Res Commun》、《Reprod BioMed Online》、《Mol Reprod Dev》、《Reprod Fertil Dev》和《Theriogenology》等刊物上發(fā)表研究論文50余篇。已培養(yǎng)研究生22人，皆發(fā)表了SCI收錄論文，有研究生第一作者發(fā)表的論文累積影響因子達9.454，半數(shù)以上的研究生到了國內(nèi)外重點大學(xué)和研究機構(gòu)進行繼續(xù)深造。目前在讀碩士研究生11人、博士研究生4人。
