主要經(jīng)歷:
分別于1984年、1987年陜西師范大學(xué)化學(xué)系獲理學(xué)學(xué)士、碩士學(xué)位,隨后留校任教。2003年獲西北大學(xué)分析化學(xué)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位,2005年調(diào)入北京理工大學(xué)理學(xué)院化學(xué)系任教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。期間2005年12月應(yīng)日本筑波產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)綜合研究所(NationalInstitute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology,AIST)邀請(qǐng)作為特聘研究員從事研究工作,2008-2009年美國佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué)(University of Florida)訪問教授。主要從事新型光學(xué)探針試劑及功能化納米晶的設(shè)計(jì)合成及其在分子識(shí)別與化學(xué)生物傳感中的應(yīng)用研究。

研究?jī)?nèi)容:
針對(duì)目前環(huán)境污染、食品安全、疾病的早期診斷及藥物靶向治療等人類所面對(duì)的問題中所必需的高靈敏度、高特異性化學(xué)生物識(shí)別傳感學(xué)方法和器件研究,利用光誘導(dǎo)電子轉(zhuǎn)移、電荷轉(zhuǎn)移、能量轉(zhuǎn)移等各種光物理過程,和酶、抗體、單鏈DNA和核酸識(shí)體、信號(hào)肽等生物分子識(shí)別物質(zhì),設(shè)計(jì)合成性能優(yōu)異的光學(xué)(包括吸光、熒光、發(fā)光)探針分子或功能化納米晶,構(gòu)建組裝針對(duì)不同目標(biāo)物的分子和生物納米識(shí)別體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)生命體系或環(huán)境體系中重要目標(biāo)物(包括陰陽離子,中性小分子,生物大分子,病毒,細(xì)菌,腫瘤細(xì)胞,病變組織等)的光電化學(xué)識(shí)別傳感,探索識(shí)別機(jī)制及其化學(xué)本質(zhì),應(yīng)用于對(duì)生命、環(huán)境、食品等復(fù)雜體系中具有重要影響力目標(biāo)物的特異性標(biāo)記和遠(yuǎn)程、活體、原位、實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)或顯微成像分析等。
