據(jù)考研英語大綱要求，小作文主要考查考生進(jìn)行一般性應(yīng)用文寫作的能力。應(yīng)用文的類型包括私人和公務(wù)信函、備忘錄、報(bào)告、通知等。其中書信類應(yīng)用文是歷年考研英語考試的考查重點(diǎn)。而從共性上來看，大部分書信類應(yīng)用文體現(xiàn)的交際目的是交流自己因某事物產(chǎn)生的某種情緒，重在闡述情緒衍生的相應(yīng)行為。今天，英語老師就交流基礎(chǔ)情緒過程中的常見表達(dá)給大家進(jìn)行總結(jié)。

交流欣喜或感動(dòng)

It is a delight to do sth。
例：很高興你們成為我們的校友。
It is a delight to have you as our schoolmates。

Undoubtedly， 。。。。gives me much delight/ happiness/ gladness/ joy。
例：毫無疑問，你們的到來讓我很高興。
Undoubtedly， your coming gives me much gladness。

I wish to heartily congratulate you on sth。
例：我想對(duì)你考試取得的優(yōu)異成績(jī)表示真心祝賀。
I wish to heartily congratulate you on your excellent exam results。

I appreciate the time and efforts you extended on。。。
例：我很感激你投入時(shí)間和精力減輕我的心理痛苦。
I appreciate the time and efforts you extended on alleviating my mental sufferings。

交流喜歡、感興趣

I have a great passion for 。。。
例：我對(duì)開創(chuàng)自己的企業(yè)充滿興趣。
I have a great passion for creating my own business。
2 ) 。。。。。holds strong attraction for me。
例：在你的學(xué)校進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)我有強(qiáng)大的吸引力。
Pursuing further study in your university holds strong attraction for me。
3 ) I can’t wait to / don’t hesitate to recommend to you 。。。。。
例：我忍不住向你推薦這部電影。
I can’t wait to recommend to you this film。
4 ) I would like to know whether I can obtain the opportunity to 。。。
例：我想知道我是否能擁有在貴校學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)。
I would like to know whether I can obtain the opportunity to study in your school。

交流不喜歡、厭惡

1 ) I would like to express my disappointment / dissatisfaction at。。。
例：我想表達(dá)對(duì)多收電話費(fèi)的不滿。
I would like to express my dissatisfaction at the overcharged phone bill。
2 ) I am sorry to inform you that I will resign from。。。。
例：我很遺憾地通知您我將從《設(shè)計(jì)·時(shí)尚》雜志辭職。

例：不能再容忍插隊(duì)了。

交流困擾和擔(dān)憂
