投訴信又可稱為抱怨信，其主要目的是表達(dá)寫信人對(duì)于某一情況的不滿。人們?cè)谏�活中�?jīng)常會(huì)遇到一些不愉快的事情，比如消費(fèi)利益受損、正常生活和工作受到干擾等，有時(shí)寫封投訴信不失為一個(gè)解決辦法。

投訴信通常包括以下幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容：說明投訴的原因并表示遺憾；實(shí)事求是地闡述問題發(fā)生的經(jīng)過，切忌夸大其詞；指出問題引起的后果；提出批評(píng)及處理意見，或敦促對(duì)方采取措施，或提出所希望的賠償以及補(bǔ)救方式。

投訴信的寫作策略：說明投訴問題——描述具體情況——期待解決方案。

注意事項(xiàng)：寫投訴信時(shí)語(yǔ)氣要冷靜、鄭重、克制，不必過于禮貌。但也要就事論事，不能進(jìn)行人身攻擊。同時(shí)，在描述問題時(shí)盡量采用被動(dòng)句式，使描述更加客觀合理。

Last but the worst, the screen will shut down unexpectedly and randomly.

As the machine is under warranty, I would like to exchange it for another one or get a refund. I am looking forward to your reply at your earliest convenience.

這一次的小作文很中規(guī)中矩，題目是之前就在英語(yǔ)一中考[微博]過的投訴信，投訴的產(chǎn)品也是考生很熟悉的學(xué)習(xí)用具——電子詞典。投訴信在開頭就表明寫信的目的，給出一句套話。接著第二段開始寫出投訴的內(nèi)容，具體說明問題有哪些。第三段表明自己期望的結(jié)果以及用一句套話表明自己的期待問題。在這里還需要提醒的是小作文的字?jǐn)?shù)是在100字左右，可以是80到120字之間，但是由于小作文答題卡的位置特別有限，所以如果寫到了100字以上，會(huì)顯得非常擁擠。因此小作文在保證清楚表達(dá)意思的情況下盡量用一些簡(jiǎn)單的句式，盡量不要追求像大作文那樣復(fù)雜且多變的句式。
