圖書簡介

本書的編寫目的的就在于通過各種模擬的法律實(shí)務(wù)口語情景演練和各種法律文書的閱讀和寫作練習(xí)，提高讀者實(shí)際運(yùn)用法律英語處理法律事務(wù)的能力。本書以課為單位安排內(nèi)容，生動(dòng)活潑，信息量大。每課均包含情景演練和案例討論等口語練習(xí)，大量的法律文書的閱讀和寫作練習(xí)以及一定量的翻譯練習(xí)。此外，由于法律英語語匯中外來語較多較復(fù)雜，為便于讀者學(xué)習(xí)和掌握常用的外來語語匯，本書在附錄中編入了法律英語常用外來語語匯及其英文翻譯。
　　本書是《簡明法律英語教程》的高級(jí)篇和實(shí)踐篇，閱讀和使用本書的讀者需要有一定的法律及法律英語方面的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。本書除特別適用于法學(xué)本科階段的雙語教學(xué)和法學(xué)研究生階段的專業(yè)英語教學(xué)之外，還可作為法律服務(wù)業(yè)從業(yè)人員自學(xué)和提高法律英語運(yùn)用能力的參考書及法律實(shí)務(wù)界人士的工具書，并可供其他有志于熟練掌握法律英語的人士自學(xué)之用。
